Coaching that starts with you.

My approach brings together positive psychology, neurodivergent-informed coaching, peer-support experience, and a whole lot of curiosity about why we do what we do.

We might talk about executive functioning, relationships, recovery, identity, overwhelm, transitions, motivation—or simply the feeling that something in your life isn't working quite the way you want it to.

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal, a plan, or even the right words for what's happening.

We can start there.

Positive Psychology

Evidence-informed tools that build upon your strengths, values and what is already working for you

Neurodivergent Informed

An understanding of different nervous systems and all that encompasses

Recovery & Peer Support

Lived experience with and facilitation around recovery, mental health, and neurodivergence

Lived Experience

I am not just coming to you with expertise, I bring lived experience too

Curious and Pattern-Oriented

Curiosity lends itself to asking the right questions and gathering the data we need to identify the patterns that might benefit from adjustments

How it Works

Here is exactly what working together looks like, step by step

Book a free consultation

A relaxed 15-minute call. No pressure, no pitch — just a chance to talk through what's going on and see if we're a good fit.

We map what's really going on

We slow things down and look honestly at what's underneath — the patterns, the stuck points, and what actually matters to you.

You choose what fits.

Choose what suits you.  A single session or ongoing support. You're always in control of the pace and the path.

Not Sure Where to Start?

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe meaningful change starts with understanding, not judgment.

So much of what we struggle with makes sense when we look at the full picture—our experiences, our environment, the way our brains work, and the strategies we’ve learned to get through life. Coaching creates space to look at those patterns with curiosity and compassion, rather than treating them as something that needs to be fixed.

I won’t tell you how to live your life. You know yourself better than anyone else ever could. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns, and help you make sense of what may be difficult to see from inside your own experience.

We’ll build from what’s already there: your strengths, values, lived experience, and the things that matter to you. Sustainable change rarely comes from forcing yourself into someone else’s version of who you should be.

It comes from understanding yourself well enough to choose what actually fits.
