A Pinch of Positive Coaching provides personal coaching services in a variety of formats, including individual one-on-one sessions delivered in person, by phone, or via video; group coaching programs; digital products such as downloadable resources and recorded content; and specialized offerings such as pre-travel clarity sessions.

 

Coaching vs. Therapy

​

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or any other form of licensed mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on forward movement, goal setting, and personal development. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional help.

 

Client Responsibilities

​

As a client, you agree to engage in the coaching process honestly and in good faith. This includes providing complete and accurate information relevant to your coaching work, following through on any commitments made between sessions, and communicating openly if the coaching relationship is not meeting your needs. You take full responsibility for any decisions made as a result of coaching.

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or where there is a credible risk of harm to you or others.

 

Scheduling & Cancellations

​

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests, so that we may offer your time slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much advance notice as possible.

 

Digital Products & Group Programs

All digital products and recorded content are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without express written permission. Participants in group programs are expected to maintain respectful, confidential conduct within the group space. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from a program without a refund.

 

Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our secure third-party payment processor. All fees are stated in USD. International clients are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees or bank charges.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, worksheets, and resources provided by A Pinch of Positive Coaching are the intellectual property of A Pinch of Positive Coaching and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Clients may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

A Pinch of Positive Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products. Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed, as they depend significantly on each client's own engagement, effort, and circumstances.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.

 

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
