Refund Policy

At A Pinch of Positive Coaching, we are committed to providing meaningful, high-quality coaching support. We understand that life is unpredictable, and we handle all refund requests with care and on a case-by-case basis.

Our Approach

We don't believe in rigid, one-size-fits-all policies when it comes to refunds. Each situation is considered individually, with compassion and fairness in mind. If you are dissatisfied with a service, have experienced an unexpected life event, or have concerns about your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can work toward a resolution that feels right for both of us.

 

Individual Coaching Sessions

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice so we may offer your time to another client. Refund or credit eligibility for cancelled sessions will be evaluated based on the circumstances and timing of your request. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without communication may not be eligible for a refund or credit, though exceptions are always considered in extenuating circumstances.

 

Coaching Packages & Programs

For multi-session packages or group programs, refund eligibility is determined by considering how many sessions or program components have already been completed, the reason for the request, and the timing relative to the program start date. We will always work toward a fair solution, which may include a partial refund, a program credit, or a transfer to a future offering.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products — including downloadable resources, recordings, and similar content — all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted. However, if you believe you received a defective or misrepresented product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request thoughtfully.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us directly with your name, the service or product in question, the date of your purchase or session, and a brief explanation of your situation. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. International clients may experience additional processing time due to currency and banking differences.
